"Well since he thinks he is dying he is trying to live his life and whatever is left of it by doing everything he wants" Ma Kensei said

"Well, it's his own fault for getting into a situation like this, I told him to come to Japan 6 months ago." Kenichi said

"Hmm... It's another 5 hours till the plane lands and by that time it will already be late evening so we won't be able to see him until tomorrow I just hope that he doesn't cause trouble because of it." Akisame said

"What about the party he was going to throw for me?" Kensei pouted.

"If Renka finds out about it so will your wives, you really wanna take the risk?" asked Kenichi

Kensei shivered in fear and said "Yeah let's not think about the party we are here for the patient let's focus on that"

5 Hours later.

The moment Kenichi and his two masters got out of the LA Airport they saw someone waiting there for them and it was not someone arranged by Tony as the person waiting for them was none other than Agent Phil Coulson.

"Agent Coulson! What are you doing here?" asked Kenichi not at all surprised as this time he entered legally and SHIELD who was keeping an eye on him would easily find out that he was coming.

"Mr. Shirahama, Mr. Koetsuji and Mr. Ma welcome to LA. I hope you enjoy your stay in LA and don't cause trouble" Phil said

"Don't worry Coulson you know we are here for Stark's treatment and won't cause trouble" Kenichi said with a smile.

"Tgtas all I ask for, is there somewhere you want to go. Let me drive you there" Coulson said as he motioned towards his car

"Sure you can take us to our Hotel and if you could tell Miu and Natasha that I am here it would be helpful" Kenichi said as he and his masters wake towards the car.

"I am sorry, we don't know where they are" Coulson said

"Please Coulson, at least make a joke that's believable how can SHIELD don't know where they are when they have been in America for last half a year" Kenichi said

"I will see what I can do" Coulson said as all of them sat in the car.

"Thanks Coulson I knew I could count on you" Kenichi said with a smile.

MALIBU, CALIFORNIA

"Wake up, Daddy's home." Tony said as he entered his house

"Welcome home, sir. Congratulations on the opening ceremonies. They were such a success, as was your Senate hearing. And may I say how refreshing it is to finally see you in a video with your clothing on, sir." said JARVIS

One of the robots is trying to make a smoothie. Without a blender lid.

"You!" Tony shouted

You knocks over the blender.

"I swear to God I'll dismantle you. I'll soak your motherboard. I'll turn you into a wine rack." Tony shouted in indignation

You looks down, sad.

" How many ounce a day of this gobbledegook am I supposed to drink?" Tony said as he looks at the green coloured liquid he has to drink.

"We are up to 80 ounces a day to counteract the symptoms, sir." JARVIS said

Tony downs green liquid.

"Check palladium levels." Tony asks while using the same machine as before

" Blood toxicity, 24%. It appears that the continued use of the Iron Man suit is accelerating your condition. Another core has been depleted." JARVIS said

Tony Takes Arc Reactor out of chest. The core pops out, rusted and slightly smoking. "God, they're running out quick."

"I have run simulations on every known element, and none can serve as a viable replacement for the palladium core." JARVIS stated

Tony inputs a new core. It's silver, giving a judgment of just how badly damaged the other one was. Replaces Arc Reactor in chest.

" You are running out of both time and options. Unfortunately, the device that's keeping you alive is also killing you. " JARVIS said

"When will Kenichi and his Masters arrive." asked Tony

"Their plane landed a few minutes ago so they should be at the airport or on the way to their hotel." JARVIS replied

"Keep my schedule open for tomorrow morning, I want to see if they have a way to save me" Tony said though he has already given up as he didn't believe there could be a way without finding a new element.

Tony's chest on the computer screen shows the blue lines all around the Arc Reactor. Showing how much the Palladium poisoning has grown.

"Miss Potts is approaching. I recommend that you inform her…"

" Mute." Tony commands muting JARVIS down.

Tony puts the Shirt back down, computers switched to screen saver, Pepper inputs a code and opens the door.

"Is this a joke? What are you thinking?" Pepper asked

"What?" asks Tony

"What are you thinking?" Pepper said

"Hey, I'm thinking I'm busy. And you're angry about something. Do you have the sniffles? I don't want to get sick." Tony said trying to change the subject

Tony to another robot says "Dummy. Hey, stop spacing out. The Bridgeport's already machining that part."

"The Expo is a gigantic waste of time." Pepper said

"I need you to wear a surgical mask until you're feeling better. Is that okay?" asks Tony

"That's rude." Pepper frowns again

"There's nothing more important to me than the Expo. It's my primary point of concern. I don't know why you're…"

"The Expo is your ego gone crazy." Pepper said stopping Tony

Tony then ignores her and picks up a painting Of Iron Man and says "Wow. Look at that. That's modern art. That's going up."

"You've got to be kidding." Pepper shouts in indignation.

"I'm gonna put this up right now. This is vital." Tony said

"Stark is in complete disarray. You understand that?" Pepper said with a frown on her face

" No. Our stocks have never been higher." Tony said

"Yes, from a managerial standpoint." Pepper said

"Let me give you an example." Pepper said

"Let's move onto another subject." Tony said as he took his painting towards the place where Barnett Newman was hanging.

"No, no, no, no. You are not taking down the Barnett Newman and hanging that up." Pepper aaid

"I'm not taking it down. I'm just replacing it with this." Tony said as he stood up on a desk about to take down the Barnett Newman to put the Iron Man picture up.

"Let's see what I can get going on here." Tony said while hanging the painting.

"Okay, fine. My point is, we have already awarded contracts to the wind farm people." Pepper stated

"Yeah. Don't say "wind farm." I'm already feeling gassy." Tony said

"And to the plastic plantation tree, which was your idea by the way. Those people are on payroll…"

"Everything was my idea." Tony said interrupting Pepper

"…and you won't make a decision." Pepper completed what she wanted to say then started at Tony

" I don't care about the liberal agenda any more. It's boring. Boring. I'm giving you a boring alert." Tony said as he jumped off the desk. "You do it."

" I do what?" asked Pepper

"Excellent idea. I just figured this out. You run the company." Tony said

"Yeah, I'm trying to run the company." Pepper said as a matter of fact

"Pepper, I need you to run the company. Well, stop trying to do it and do it."
