Chapter 443: Ogata's interest

"Kenichi! Help Rimi as you helped me! Please!" shouted Ryuto in desperation.

"Rimi will win!" shouted Rimi as she drove a punch right towards Miu's center, ignoring her defense and pain.

Rimi found her punch landing right into Kenichi's palm, who was suddenly standing in front of Miu. Before Rimi could react, Kenichi's eyes snapped open, glowing with Ki.

Sensing his Ki, Ogata couldn't help but stand up in shock at what he sensed. Berserker, who had been crouching on the ground vomiting his good from Kenichi's hit, also froze up when he stood up to chase after Kenichi.

Even Rimi, who had been in a trance, couldn't help but snap back to reality when she sensed Kenichi's Ki. To her, it felt like a master class fighter was standing in front of her.

"Sorry for interfering, but I can't let this go on. Not when Ryuto asked me for help," apologized Kenichi, looking over at Miu.

Miu shook her head, knowing despite having been in the world of martial arts longer than Kenichi while having a vast amount of Dou Ki, Kenichi was the one with the superior Ki control.

'He stopped her!' thought Ryuto, 'Now I don't need to worry about her'

Rimi tried to backhand Kenichi, only for her shoulder to get hit twice by his fingers.

Before she could even lauch any more attacks she got hit on her other shoulders twice, then her thighs followed by her neck and finally a palm to her stomach.

The last hit was only to disperse the ki as it did not do much but only push Rimi backwards for Ryuto to catch her.

"Ryuto-sama I am ashamed, I lost badly" Rimi stated

"There's nothing to be ashamed about, he's just that ridiculous," waved off Ryuto, "More importantly, are you alright? What were you thinking, using that move so recklessly!?"

"Rimi just wanted you to look at her more," pouted Rimi, looking away in shame, "Rimi knows you only look at strong girls."

"Foolish girl," sighed Ryuto, flicking her forehead, "I know you're strong already. I've always seen you."

"Really!?" smiled Rimi.

"Yes, really. Now how are you feeling? Are you alright?"

"Rimi is fine and happy!" sang Rimi, "But everything seems so hazy. Why is it getting dark? Rimi needs…. To…. work…. Harder."

With that statement, Rimi fell unconscious, causing Ryuto's heart to beat nervously. Ogata suddenly appeared next to them, pointing his fingers on her neck to feel her blood flow and Ki.

"Amazing," whispered Ogata before beginning to laugh, "Just outrageous! To think you could control her Ki network and safely defuse its dangers at the risk of your own life! Just like a Katsujinken practitioner! And that Ki! That isn't Sei or Dou, but something new! And it's much stronger than even Elder's to think you would make your own combination, and not only that, but be able to safely use it! You're really interesting, Shirahama Kenichi!"

Though it had been fast, Ogata has seen that every hit was covered in ki of his own that dispersed Rimi's chaotic ki. It was so easy for Kenichi because his Ki was perfect something that he had from sometime now but only now had he showed it in front of someone like Ogata.

Ogata stood up, looking over at Kenichi with an appraising look, "You are almost there just a step away from that realm. Just a single step and you will be in our realm. But I'm very interested in this new peculiar Ki type you're exhibiting. Perhaps a spar is in order?"

Kenichi just glared at Ogata, as Ogata's eyes began to glow with Ki, his focus locked onto him.

Then Ogata let out a small laugh before lowering his Ki, allowing the oppressive mood to alleviate, "Then again, you aren't quite there yet. I was merely eager to see that new Ki of yours in action. It's extremely rare for someone to develop their own version, especially at your age. While you are already at Master Class its still not Grandmaster after you finally ascend to the realms of Grandmaster Class, that will be the time we fight. The time is nearly upon us, but until then, I will not actively pursue a fight with you."

Kenichi was quite surprised when hearing that as he has known Ogata as a martial fanatic and he decided to wait instead of just attacking him was a little surprising to him.

"Well then, Berserker, do you wish to continue to fight?" asked Ogata, waving his hand at Berserker.

Berserker stood there for a good minute before slowly shaking his head. He knew Kenichi had been holding back against him during the fight, but seeing that Ki at full blast made him realize just how far apart they were. But he wouldn't let that deter him!

"Very well, I suppose I should supervise the other fights," hummed Ogata, pondering mentally about how to improve Seidou Goitsu. Perhaps extreme isolation for a little, as Sho had been subjected to?

Seeing that Ogata is not going to fight Kenichi could finally focus on the other guy someone that has been on Kenichi's shit list from quite some time now. Kenichi didn't even had to do anything before he was attacked. Quickly raising his gauntlet-covered arms, Kenichi blocked a blade clearly aiming for his neck. The impact made him take two steps back before he stabilized himself.

"Tch, that gauntlet isn't normal," scoffed Mihai as he hefted his scythe onto his shoulder, "That should've cleaved him in half."

"Bastard!" screamed Miu as she began to lay a barrage of kicks at Mihai, only Mihai to block them all with his scythe before countering with slashes. Miu quickly managed to dodge them, only by the skin of her teeth as her clothes were shredded into pieces.

"Nice," leered Mihai as he twirled his scythe, before he jumped back and raise his scythe to block the kick coming for him. The impact of the kick pushed his 2 to 3 meters back.

"Well, well. I didn't expect you to stand up so fast," grinned Mihai, "But are you sure you want to fight? Considering just who I have with me?"

With a snap, Sigmaringen stepped forward, his scythe dangerously close to someone who was clearly being held hostage. As Miu and Kenichi quickly looked over, their hearts sank when they saw just who it was.

It was Honoka.

"HONOKA!" Miu shouted in surprise and Horror, "Why is she here? She has nothing to do with this world!"

"Ah, but she does," grinned Mihai, "She's in your little sister isn't she, moreover she has started learning from that Kosaka Shigure hasn't she so in time she would have stepped in, I just brought it forward"

With his twisted logic, Mihai grinned as Sigmaringen slowly slid the blunt side of the blade across her neck, causing Honoka to flinch in fear.

Kenichi clenched his hand hard so much that it started to bleed. He already sensed Honoka with Mihai when he was helping Rimi control his SeiDou Ki but didn't acted ta that time as he didn't wanted Honoka to get hurt so through his mental connection he asked the Kenichi staying in Kamar Taj to come back and he was already in the amusement park wearing the Reaper clothes ready to kill the Master and Disciple now that they have crossed the line.

"Now then, if you don't want her to get a new hole, then you're going to stay still and don't move while my disciple has some fun with you," grinned Mihai as he strutted over to where Honoka was while Sigmaringen let out a grin as he walked forward, "And You too girly! Don't try anything if you don't want to get hurt"

Sigmaringen flourished his scythe, itching to have Kenichi's blood splatter around the ground.

"I can't decide which one I want to do," smirked Sigmaringen, "You for that humiliation on the boat or the bitch for just now. Doesn't make up for the fact that damn fatty and mophead tried to take me on."

"What happened to them?" questioned Kenichi cooly, though he could sense their ki with the Zanshin Taisha-Ryu people.
