Chapter 377: Fight against a demon

"Ah Fuck!" cursed Kenichi as the hand that blocked his attack started show the body it belonged to.

A full 9 feet tall Minotaur look-alike came out of the gate followed by two wolf faced demons who were around 7 feet tall.

"Your humble servants welcome you to the earth realm masters" said the two worshipers that were doing the ritual up till now by bowing their head.

"Hmm, are these the humans that are causing trouble and stopping the ascension of Lord Mephisto in this realm" asked the Minotaur

"That's true Master" said one of the two worshipers.

"Then we will take care of them, you go back and start the ritual to bring Lord Mephisto into this realm" said the Minotaur

"As you command master" said the two worshipers and once again started to do a ritual.

"Kenichi what happened here" Mordo called out while staring at Kenichi that was floating in the air.

"These bastards used the soul of the worshipers that we killed to open the gate to the hell realm much faster than we anticipated" explained Kenichi and continued, "We need to take care of the three demon that came out just now and stop those from completing the ritual. I will take on the Minotaur you too take care of the other two"

Mordo and Kaelicius looked at the two demons they have to face and their face became serious as they knew how important this fight will be.

The three demons also heard their talk and were naturally not afraid to take care of the humans that dared to disrespect their lord.

The Minotaur demon jumped and the speed of his jump was so fast that he couldn't even react fast enough to dodge and could only block the attack by bringing his two arms against his body.

BANG! The fist of the Minotaur landed on the two arms of the Kenichi and the impact was so strong that Kenichi was blasted out breaking the roof as he flew off in the distance.

"Rooooaaaarrr" The Minotaur roared as he dashed towards the direction Kenichi was thrown.

The two sorceress was surprised by this dirty trick of the Minotaur but thankfully they also became vigilant and were able to block the fast attack of the two demons with their Tao Mandalas and responded in kind.

While the two sorceress were fighting against their demons Kenichi was just getting up from the ground after getting thrown here.

"Damn that bastard is much faster than what his body type should be" Kenichi said as he shook his hands to get the feel back in them.

BOOM! Came a noise making Kenichi turn his head in the direction from where the noise came allow him to see the 9 meter tall Minotaur standing in the crater.

"Oh Great you are here, thanks for coming out I don't think I can hold back against you and I don't want to injure my companions because of it" said Kenichi

"You are really an arrogant person but very soon you will be a dead person" said the Minotaur demon.

The Minotaur was surprised by his speed and couldn't raise his guard properly in time.

BANG! Kenichi's punch landed on poorly raisin guard breaking it and landing on his snout snapping his head backwards as his whole body flew back like a cannonball.

"And that's how you make a surprise punch" Kenichi said then dashed towards the Minotaur to see him stand up with not much of an injury on him.

"Fuck looks like his body is much stronger than I imagined" Kenichi mumbled as the Minotaur roared and rushed towards him,"Rrraaa.... I will crush you like a bug, human and I will enjoy devouring your soul"

Kenichi ducked under the swing blocking another while lashing out himself with a punch, a knee and whole lot of moves some were block some dodged by the Minotaur but none landed cleanly. As they continued this fast based attack Kenichi ducked another one of his swing and raised his arms as a knee came for him blocking it but the strength behind the knee push him upwards, not wanting to lose the chance when Kenichi's body is in the air the Minotaur clasps his fist black flame covered it and his swings towards Kenichi.

Kenichi obviously knew his vulnerability in the air but since he has already learnt to fly, he was able to dodge the flaming fist of the Minotaur while he attacked with Eight Trigrams: Mountain Crusher. This time his attack was infused with Ki as that's the only way he could think that would heart a demon.

The attack landed right under the arm of the Minotaur with which he swings at him letting Kenichi land his attack in an unprotected area. The Minotaur coughed blood from the attack but instead of flying backwards he stayed in his place and brought back his flame fist gritting his teeth through the pain and striking Kenichi who raised his guard but wasn't good enough as the back flame on the fist burned his flesh and the impact of the fist threw his body backwards.

Kenichi coughed blood as he stabilized himself then looked at his arms that were now charred black, it was only his use of Ki to cover them in Ki was he able to save them otherwise they may have melted from the heat of the black flame.

"Fuck, I definitely heard and felt his innards getting crushed so where did he get the strength to strike like that" Kenichi hissed in pain as he covered his arms in Ki to heal them as quickly as possible.

Kenichi flew I the air and went in the direction from where he was thrown while thinking 'after this ends I will ask the ancient one to spar with while I am flying, I need to start learning, how to fight better while flying both the times I got hit while I was flying. I focus too much to keep myself float that is not good if I want to fight in the air in future'
