Chapter 352: Family Dinner

"Fuck..... I forgot about them" Kenichi said

"It's normal, those guys have been so silent lately that even I haven't kept an eye on them like before" Niijima stated

"But the moment I go, they may start going against Shinpaku," Kenichi said

"I know, and right now only Renka, Miu, and Saeko are the ones capable of fighting against them on equal footing," said Niijima

"If we tell them about this then they may take it in their pride and may challenge them on their own before they even decide to attack," Kenichi said shaking his head, he didn't think that helping Spartacus and his brothers and sisters would become so troublesome if he had let them go that day maybe they wouldn't be in such a pinch but he wasn't sure if things would have gone right that way as well.

"Well, I will make some plans, hopefully, they can keep Yomi away from us," Niijima said

"I will go now," Kenichi said as he left the room to go straight to his house and pick up his passport and clothes for travel.

Niijima on the other hand silently took out his tab and started to check the next flight for Moscow, Russia. The two leaders of Shinpaku knew that time was short and they need to move fast.

Kenichi ran at full speed towards his house and reached there within 5 minutes after jumping from building to building, house to house.

As he opened the door of his house he saw the shoe rack and understood that only his mother Saori was at home. His father was busy in the office while Honoka was most likely with Shigure and Kaede. Out of all his girlfriends, Honoka liked Shigure the best most likely because she is her sensei.

"Mom, I am home," Kenichi said as he took off his shoes and wore sleepers while entering the house.

"Oh, Kenichi welcome come back. Did your masters gave you a holiday or something?" asked Saori when she heard her son's voice.

"Well, you could say it's something like that. My masters decided that since I am doing such great work they will take me camping with them. I just came back to take some clothes like the ones I have with me became quite dirty with all the training." Kenichi stated as he walked into the kitchen seeing her making lunch.

"Oh, I am sure your father will get jealous when he hears about this," said Saori as she decreased the stove's heat closing its lid, and started washing her hands.

"Yeah, that's what I thought as well. But I can't say no to them, I will just go with my father for another trip when I come back from this one," said Kenichi.

"Really! Can you take so many days off from your school?" asked Saori

"I haven't taken many days off since the session started moreover with my scores it won't be a problem," Kenichi said

"Of course my son is a topper after all," said Saori to which Kenichi only smiled.

"The lunch is almost ready why don't you go and pack your belongings and I will at the table. Your sister and father must be on the way back at the moment. All four of us will eat lunch together." said Saori.

"Actually, I....." before Kenichi said anything else he got a message on his phone. When he checked the message he saw it was sent by Niijima causing him to immediately open it. After reading the message he turned back to his mother and said "I will help you set up the table. I can pack my stuff after lunch since we will be going in the evening after all."

"Ok, I won't deny your help then," said Saori with a smile seeing which Kenichi smiled back as well. Thankfully before Kenichi could deny Saori, Niijima sent him the message that the flight booked for Moscow will leave at 8:35 pm. He has more than enough time to have lunch with his family, inform the masters at Ryozanpaku and leave for Moscow.

When Honoka and Mototsuga returned they were surprised to see Kenichi and as expected the moment Mototsuga heard that Kenichi will be going on a camping trip with his masters he became jealous as his son hasn't been spending time with him. "Son!" said Mototsuga almost choking as he said that.

"Hi hi! Let's start eating it's been a while since the four of us sat like this and had lunch together, so let's enjoy this," said Saori

"Yes Honey" said Mototsuga

"Yes mom," said Kenichi and Honoka at once.

The atmosphere was so peaceful that Kenichi forgot all the problems and loosened a little bit. His mind was at ease when he was with his family smiling and eating with them.

After the lunch was over, Kenichi went to his room and packed his clothes along with his passport. After taking over Gauche Industries Kenichi easily got his passport and there weren't any restrictions for him as Gauche Industries was an international company being around Asia, Europe, and even some parts of Africa. It was helpful to Kenichi before he changed its name to K.S. Industries.

"Mom, I will be going now," Kenichi said as he picked up his bag and came downstairs.

"Oh you are going, why don't you sit down and rest for a while after all you just ate your lunch," Saori said

"No, it's fine. I will take it as a light walk, it will help me to digest the food much faster." Kenichi said

"Okay then, but be safe and don't get sick on your camping trip," said Saori as she waved her hand.

"Don't worry mom, nothing will happen to me"
